Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our parcel mailboxes. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. If you experience a problem within the warranty period, please contact us. We will resolve the problem as soon as possible, either by repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the defect.

Defects upon Delivery

We do everything we can to ensure that your parcel mailbox arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we ask that you follow these steps:

  1. Inspection: Check the parcel mailbox immediately upon receipt for any visible damage.
  2. Documentation: Take clear photos of the damage or defect. This helps us to solve the problem quickly and effectively.
  3. Contact Us: Contact us via the contact form on our website and attach the photos of the damage. Also include your order number and a description of the problem.

After receiving your report, we will assess the situation and provide a free replacement of the defective product.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents or normal wear and tear. In addition, the warranty is void if modifications or repairs have been made to the product by third parties without our permission.
