Returns

At HippoBox we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If the product does not meet all your expectations, or you are not satisfied for any other reason, then returns are possible. We understand that expectations sometimes turn out differently, and we are therefore ready to help you.

Returns if dissatisfied
If you are not satisfied after receiving your parcel mailbox, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery. We want to make sure that your purchase decision feels good, so please take your time to decide. Due to our competitive pricing, we cannot, in addition to the standard shipping costs, also undertake to reimburse the return costs. Therefore, return costs are at your own expense.

Incomplete returns may be (partially) refused.

Returns in case of damage
In the rare case that your parcel mailbox arrives damaged, we want to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please take photos of the damage immediately and contact us via the contact form on our website. Based on these photos, we can assess the damage and provide a free replacement of the product or a refund.

Refund upon return
If you choose to return your purchase, you will be refunded the full amount within 4 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing the order. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.
