Shipping Method
We ship our parcel mailboxes from Belgium via GLS, which means that your order will usually be delivered to you within 2-4 working days.

Postage costs
We will cover the shipping costs.

Extensively packaged
Our parcel mailboxes are extensively packed with double layers of cardboard, bubble wrap and foam to ensure the safety of the product during transport.

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us. This allows you to easily track the status of your package online.

*The HippoBox sticker will be delivered one or two days earlier.
